This class aims to bring profound peace and tranquility, along with the vital practice of self care. We will finish this class with a blissful deep rest, with yoga nidra. You will also be able to enjoy the aromatic benefits of essential oil infused warm cloths. This class has limited availability, with only 6 spots. A 60 minute "tune up" to relieve muscle tension. This class will provide you with a tools you can practice at home, in studio and on the go including seating at your desk at work. Using Yoga Tune Up Balls, straps, and props, together we will explore how to release tension and the facia and connective tissue. This will allow you to calm your nervous system, reduce tension, eliminate pain, and increase mobility and your range of motion. This class will include light yoga stretching, and using movements to strengthen as well as props/ tools to support an improvement in our range of motion. Every class will be different and work on the various areas where we hold our stress and tension, the neck, shoulders and hips as well as any bonus areas that we need to work on. Each class we will work on movement before and after and leave with a little less tension in the body.
Each student will be provided a pair of yoga tune up balls and the props needed for the class. Upon requests students may purchase tune up balls to take home, allowing you to use this tool anytime, anywhere.

Thai Yoga massage is a form of bodywork therapy that is based on yoga, ayurveda, and martial arts. You will be guided through a series of yoga postures while the practitioner is palming and thumbing along the energy lines and pressure points of the body. This treatment relieves muscle tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, as well as balances the energetic body. Direct touch is used with breath and gravity. It is recommended to wear lose or comfortable clothing such as yoga attire. Each recipient must complete an intake and asked to disclose any allergies, limitations and or injuries. This will assist in make this experience more comfortable and personal to your needs. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to complete intake. Etransfer available upon request. A full body massage is between 75-90 minutes in length and will be performed on a Thai Yoga Massage mat with props as needed. If modifications are required we can discuss and work around limitations. This offering is $75.00 or 3 yoga pass credits.
