GRAND OPENING PARTY

This class and event is an opportunity to join in one of my classes that will have a little of all my offerings. I will incorporate Breath work, yoga movement, yoga tune up balls, Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Nidra all in one class. You are invited to join in for this special class in my NEW STUDIO!!!! After class, stay for a mini party to celebrate this new amazing part of my journey and our yoga community.

We will share some lite snacks and treats. I need 3 volunteers for the Thai Yoga Massage demonstration I will be having.

Everyone that attends in person or online will be entered into a draw. I will have prizes for the winners of the draw that will be announced at the party.

This event is by special invitation and you are welcome to join for the class and the party or join after if you can't make the class time. Feel free to bring a friend or family.
